Shipping policy
Title to products and risk of loss pass to customer upon delivery of products to carrier or delivery service. Customer assumes all risk of loss in shipping and all liability for loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, due to delays once the products have been delivered to the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to cover additional fees that exceed standard shipping costs, if shipping is included, or any fees that exceed the quoted shipping rate. Examples of additional fees could include equipment fees, storage fees, failed delivery attempts, truck wait-fees, address change fees, etc. It is the customer's responsibility to adhere to delivery appointment timeframes and ensure the location is accessible to the driver. Should additional fees be incurred and charged to CHA Supply, owned by Concentric Health Alliance, customer agrees to be billed for all such charges without advanced notice or additional authorization of the client. Concentric Health Alliance further reserves the right to replace any out of stock item with a comparable item, whose specifications are similar, without liability or authorization.
